I am going crazy with this one. Whenever I am online I constantly get a caution "pop up" which reads:
Server Busy
This action can't be completed because the other program is busy.
Choose "switch to" to activate the busy program & correct the problem.
Soooo...I choose "switch to" repeatedly at least 20 times, My start menu pops up and then the caution, start menu, caution, start menu, caution and on and on.
When it finally stops it's immediately followed by:
Internet Explorer Script Error
An error has occurred in the script on this page
Line: 2
Char: 55
Error: Unspecified error
Code: D
URL: file://c:\Documents and Settings\admin name (me)\Local Settings\Temp\NDr610tmp.htm
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
I click yes, it goes away & in minutes it happens all over again! OMG it's so frigging frustrating. Please someone tell me how to stop it. My internet explorer is constantly "popping" open also. Would like to stop this as well. I am on the web thru AOL

... Try going to "c:\Documents and Settings\admin name (me)\Local Settings" and see if you can locate this file "NDr610tmp.htm" and delete it.

... You may have to restart your computer then try to delete it. Try that first. Any file in the temporary folder can be deleted. Most of those files are just files that have been left over from things that have been installed on your computer.

... Make sure your virus program and and spyware program is up to date. Also update java and and shocwave flash. They are located under C:\windows\Downloaded Program Files all you have to do is right click and select update.

... Make sure that java is enabled in "manage add-ons" in Internet Explorer.

... Also as a last resort in Internet Exploer "properties" under the "advanced" tab check "Disable Notification about every script error"

The simple, and quickest answer to this one is as follows:-

(Follow these steps, when/if required by your browser software again, it should come up correctly, or differently)

1. Run anti-virus software

2. open up Windows Explorer (Start>All programs>accessories>Windows Explorer) - Once this programme has loaded, go to the left panel, and click on My Computer, choose Drive C:.

3. Once the listing for drive C: has appeared, simply (using the left panel - get to the address listed for the offending file.

ALL LEFT PANEL, LEFT CLICK OF MOUSE BUTTON

c:\Documents and Settings\admin name (me)\Local Settings\Temp\NDr610tmp.htm

Once you see NDr610tmp.htm in the right side panel highlight the file, with a left click, whilst highlighted, (after you have released the left mouse button), simply right click the file, and from the list that appears, select Delete, and if a confirmation or message box appears asking you if you wish to delete this file, simply left click the 'OK'' button.

This should solve this particular error. It should not repeat unless the web-site you are visiting has not been corrected, due to this error.

As for Internet explorer keep appearing, when you expect AOL's browser to appear, there are a few things you can do.

1. Go to Control Panel, (If you have administrative access to the computer you are using). left click on 'Internet Options', this will bring up a dialogue box, from the top of this box, select (with left button of mouse), programs, look down the list for some thing like Default Browser -'Internet Explorer' or Make Internet explorer the default browser (A little checked box). or drop down menu item, change this to your favoured browser (Drop down list), or uncheck box. This will then open the next available browser (Hope only AOL, or firefox if installed).

Hope this helps

sounds like spyware because it is a temp file. You could delete the file (or all temp files) but you likely have more problems that you are not aware of. Some overall cleanup is recommended.

go to download.com and install SpyBot Search and Destroy. Its free and works quite well. Check to see you have the latest antivirus as well. AVG and AVAST are free and work well.
