If I know somebody's IP address, can I find out their email address?

My friend and I have lost contact quite recently, and it's because this my IP address changes suddenly. I don't know their email address, but I have their IP address in my minecraft server logs. Can I find out their email address from the IP address in my logs so I can email this player the new IP address? I have tried other ways of contacting them but they haven't worked :(

I don't know any way that you can track someone's email from their IP, but there are ways you can get their address. If you're talking about a friend in real life, you can use their IP to get their address then go to their house and tell them.

Their IP address might have changed since then. You can't find their email from it but technically you could trace it back to their address.. I wouldn't bother with the IP.
