Internet Explorer/ mozilla firefox issue. Need help?

My internet Explorer and mozilla firefox has stopped working. My mozilla firefox just won't open at all. While everyone I try to open the Internet Explorer it says "Internet Explorer has stopped working, a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Can someone please help me? PS I'm using my iPod to post this question and I already have refracted my computer so many times.

I am having the same problem and actually just posted a question about it lol. For some reasn in the mean time while mines not working. If i go into word and type a site such as www.facebook.com and open the link THROUGH the word document it works. I have no idea but give er a try and see if it works.



1) Open Word

2) Type a website link (www.facebook.com)

3) Cntrl. click it to open the link
