internet explorer error message?

for the past week, i have been getting this error message pop up....iexplorer system error.code:5 access denied, usually ther are several of these at once...what does it mean, can it be fixed? thanks

Internet Explorer displays friendly error messages when it encounters a problem during communication with an HTTP server. Friendly error messages are appropriate for the end user.





1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.

2. Click the Advanced tab.

3. In the list of options under Browsing, clear the Show friendly HTTP error messages check box.

4.Click Apply, and then click OK.

im not sure but i know that when your pc says "access denied" it usually means some other user with administrator permits made a folder (maybe the internet folder?) private and other users without administrator access cant get there
