how do i get my webpage to scroll to a certain point upon loading?

You need to make use of Anchors, then call the Anchor at the end of your URL.

(With a # sign between)



An HTML Anchor looks like this....



and you call it like this .... index.html#PointA



(and I believe case does matter!).
