I refuse to go up to IE 8. I am not sure but it may come with an uninstall, unlike its predecessors. If not you may try a system restore. There should be checkpoint when you installed 8.

Before you go doing that, make sure that you have another browser to access the web, like Firefox. If you don't then download it.If you uninstall IE 8 and don't have another browser, then no internet access. Get the other browser, make sure it's up and working. The begin to uninstall IE 8 by clicking start, open control panel, open add or remove programs, click on Microsoft Internet Explorer and uninstall.

After its finished open the other browser and go to Microsoft and look for the IE 7 download. If you have a problem with it then try FileHippo and download the IE 7 before it changed into IE 8 RC 1.

go to MY COMPUTER and click add or remove programs and find internet explorer 8. click on it and hit remove.

make sure you have another browser source so you can reinstall internet explorer 7.

If your internet keeps going slower than you need to close the sidebar. It uses up a lot of usage memory.

GOOD LUCK!

HOPE IT WORKS IT SHOULD!
