Hey, I was gonna try and get a free iPod Touch from one of those referral sites.

I just need you to tell me what the best freebie sites are.

I would prefer it if there is an offer that does not require paying money because I don't really want to hand my credit card details and stuff over the internet.

Try them. They were some off the first page os searching google (UK sites only) for 'free ipod touch'. There are some more if these are not good enough.

Most of them are referal sites (you have to get a certain amount of friends to sign up) & I'm not sure how genuine they are.

This website involves getting 10 friends to sign up & they assure it is not a scam. Obviously you can't be 100 sure though. http://www.freeipodtouchonline.co.uk/

I did some research online about all those “free” ipod giveaways to see if any of them were legitimate. In all of me google/yahoo searches, one ‘legitimate’ site kept on popping up : http://www.YouriPodTouch4free.com/index.php?ref=4744167 ran by Transcendent Innovations (TraInn). Various message boards have popped all around the internet telling stories of their free ipods; some even got more than one! There are also blogs about this widespread controversy like the recent http://limerp-ipodtouch.blogspot.com/

Now that was research a while ago. I have since tried this so called ‘free’ ipod….and I am very proud to say that IT WORKS!!

Now you can’t escape the unavoidable “offers” that they require you to complete before you get your ipod- that’s how they make money in order to buy your ipod to send to you. Listening to the blog, I completed the stamps.com offer. It was totally free- all you had to do was cancel after 3 weeks. I then referred friends and family and soon enough, I had 5 referrals- enough for an 8gb ipod touch. I am now sitting with my ipod touch beside me.

Believe when I say this: it is not a scam. Don’t believe the other people that haven’t experienced it. The site that you sign up your address and info (the website that sends you the free ipod) never asks you for your credit card, so they CAN'T be the ones that "fraud" you. Your credit card is only needed to complete an offer, and the offers are on completely different sites. Again, I chose stamps.com, but i also verified that that site was legit with USPS. They said it was LEGIT. I'm not joking. There are also offers like Netflix, Blockbuster, and even Gamefly. If you trust Blockbuster to rent your movies, why not give this a shot? You get 2 weeks free trial anyways...Now please do not read me wrong. Some websites out there are scams, but NOT TraInn. This has been verified by CNN, Fox, and even NBC.

So in essence, YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE AN OFFER INORDER TO GET A FREE IPOD. But it is not in anyway harmful to your personal info. If the site, (TraInn) sold your info, then they would have a a lot of lawsuits because their policy clearly states that they do not sell info. Same for the offer companies. I would even talk to you privately if you would like. Just email me. Again, the website is

Hope this helps! Cheers!

I researched this a while back and found that the best one (eg: cheapest) I could find was this one:

http://gifts.kudosnetwork.co.uk/?ref=3946

This site asks you only to open an online gambling account (you must be over 18) or sign up to DVD rental (14 day no obligation no money trial)

If you refer only 3 people you receive an Ipod Nano. Refer 5 for £100 in Amazon vouchers. Refer 8 for a Wii

Good luck!

You can get an ipod touch for free from this website http://www.YourFreeVideoiPods.com/index.php?ref=4793161

This site is not scam and has been proven legit by NBC, CNN and FOX. All you have to is sign up using your real information, then complete an offer and refer people. There are offers that are completely free. After you do that they’ll send you a free ipod. To get more details on how to get an ipod without using your credit card send me an email.

The best freebie sites are free stuff that doesnt require you to complete any offers

Have you checked out http://www.sampleaday.com ?

I really like it because they have funny descriptions and find free samples (and no popups) that don't have those crazy gimics or surveys that you have to fill out to get it. They have mailing list so you can get the freebies in your e-mail box, but that is not required to get the samples you just have to go to their site. They also have occasional contests for free stuff too. Well, I hope you enjoy!

likely it extremely is a rip-off. think you probably did get carry of a "loose" iPod or however, i'm prepared to wager there is not any guarantee or something to circulate alongside with it. i does not and don't have faith those web pages. keep your money and purchase the real deal.

unfortunately, they're never actually free - you have to sign up to a load of sponsors and get stuff from them and then you get the goodies

they usually advertise on music lyrics sites etc.

NEVER SIGN UP! They get your credit card details and take all your money. Everybody knows that.

Seriously im not saying it so you don't get a "free" iPod. I'm saying it so you don't get all your money taking away!!

You don't get anything for free. If it looks too good to be true, then it is.

Why do people think they can get anything for nothing?

Hah, you don't get an iPod. They get your credit info and/or e-mail address, then go to town screwing you over.
