Okay, this is getting really annoying now. I've accessed this FTP folder before and never had a problem at all, in fact I have many servers that i've had access to and done fine in the past... But now when I try to connect to my main sever Via FTP it says

"Windows Cannot Access This Folder. Make sure you typed the file name correctly and that you have permission to access the folder. Details: A connection with the server could not be established"

I don't get it!!! Whats wrong, I'm thinking I may have downloaded something that blocked it.. I have Norton Internet Security.. shut down, spy sweeper.. shut down... I just don't know whats up with this thing... -_-

Have you checked that the site is working? It may need to be reset.

Have you tried login in from a different location? Make Sure if you are using NIS that you specifically turned off the firewall. I would check you NIS settings that is probably were the problem is at not allow you to contact that IP address cause its not on you allowed list.

Check this forum to adjust you NIS settings.

That happens to me too never found out, thought it might be the firewall, or that ftp are no longer valid, or that it's the DSL that I have.
