IE error message?

Question

Whenever I go to a website and then close the window, I keep getting an error message that says " Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". There is also an option to "Send Error Report", which I did several times but that didn't help.

Easy fix. use firefox.

It is far more secure than internet explorer and much more customizable.

Great for the average user and the power user.

Uninstall the internet explorer and then reinstall the ie . it will solve the problem.

The problem may occur due to error in the file which is used to run ie.



One more thing you can do is to run chkdsk, this will check the hard disk for errors and solve it.

same thing use to happen to me, i cleaned my disk drives, did the defragmenting thing, cleaned out some programs in add/remove, programs, and downloaded "ccleaner and ran the cleanup feature. now i dont have that problem anymore. hope this helps, good luck.

go to microsoft.com and update your internet explorer
