I am leaving my current place of work very soon and I want to backup all the emails I've acquired over the last 4 years of working there.

Ultimately my goal is to be able to, in one keystoke, run an add-in, script, or feature of outlook that will Print all the email conatents of the Personal Folders I have created over the years - printing each email into a Electronic copy (pdf preferably)

I have CutePDF for printing into pdf format but it also asks for a file name. I would be looking for a way to automate the filename to be saved as the date followed by the subject, or something to that degree.

I do not have time to go into each folder, to each email, right click, print, save as filename. This is not feasable. I am also open to other ideas about saving these emails to another usable format.

Thank you

Are you connected to your email by pop. imap or exchange?

If you are using pop you can just take your pst file.

If you are using imap or exchange create a new pst file and then copy your email into it.

http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-create-data-file-in-outlook-2010/

Then copy that new pst file to a flash drive.

This method would do it all at once including contacts, calenders and all mall

You could then open it again in outlook on your computer and the exact structure you had before will still be there.

Make sure that this is not a violation of the tech agreement you signed when you started to work of the company

If the data is stored in pst file format then PST Xtractor app will help in this regard. It converts all outlook emails into pdf format including attachments and automatically creates name of each pdf file as you select the naming conversion. Exclude or Include email header and so on features are available with this app. You can give a try as its trial edition is available free.

Unfortunately, you are out of luck. I don't believe there is such a program and moreover, I doubt IT would look kindly on you using it. You could copy off the emails as msg files and take them that way.
