I want to add a default bcc address in my outlook express 6 so that each time i send a mail from my pc, it is backed up in a seperate account and can be accessed via web when not in office.

I don't think its an option from the menu. Ofcourse, VBA script can be written for that to happen.

definite, seem on the menu on the suited when you have clicked create mail and click approaches and then choose recipients - then purely upload those to BCC which you particularly desire to deliver BCC's to. Organise your contacts in to folders too - business enterprise, acquaintances, kinfolk, etc. it makes issues extra uncomplicated. You spotlight the call and then click BCC.

It sounds like you need an IMAP email account (rather than POP) Many ISPs offer imap access nowadays. With IMAP all your email, including *sent items*, drafts, everything, including any email in folders you create yourself is stored centrally on the IMAP email server. When you check your email from ANY computer, OE will simply synchronise itself with the server - so you can still access your email offline - don't worry, if you don't want it to (and also by default) it won't synchronize every single folder everytime you check your email.
For more info on IMAP see: http://email.about.com/cs/standards/a/imap_basics_2.htm
