I keep getting the "mozilla firefox has crashed, do you want to restart, quit send info" window. after that kept appearing, i uninstalled it, reinstalled, but the same "mozilla firefox has crashed" window pops up. i've also tried earlier versions of firefox, same thing. i even tried my portable firefox, and got the same pop up firefox crashed window. all other browsers ar working fine. Any help greatly appreciated.

give up on firefox it has too many problems in the latest editions try orca, k-meleon or flock all mozilla browsers like firefox but faster and without the problems, firefox help and mozillazine both deny there are any problems but there are hundreds of reported problems with firefox all over the internet. check your task manager firefox sometimes opens multiple times and freezes the computer something mozillazine "experts" say is impossible

Check your "processes" tab under your task manager. (ctrl+alt+delete)

If you see firefox anywhere in there, end the process. When it says "ARE YOU SURE THIS COULD F*CK UP YOUR COMPUTER AND SH*T LOL", ignore it and say yes.

Hope that's what it is.

uninstall it and then reinstall it some files maybe missing or corrupt.
