More than likely if it is only on that 1 page it is their web site which is having problems. Operation aborted means that your command has failed and cannot be completed.

Your security settings are too high. Go to your "Control Panel", click on "Internet Properties", click on "Security Settings", adjust your slightly lower.
Also, temporarily disable your popup blocker.
Most web sites will not allow access if you do not allow cookies. After you visit the web site, you can delete the cookies. Click on the "target" from your yahoo toolbar and scan and delete.

attempt unplugging your hub for a couple of minutes, then re-connect. If all the lights are on, you could be in a position as well up your computer and away you flow. purely examine that you've actual placed an installation disc in to receive the internet out of your ISP!!

try cleaning out your browsers cache and history... temporary internet files. If you are using IE.... try using a different browser... I hate IE.... i use mozilla firefox or seamonkey.
