for the last 3-4 months i have had random connectivity problems with only my website and all the websites hosted by my hosting company. www.electrosoap.com, www.beirutnightlife.com, www.condigroup.com, www.bobnbab.com, etc etc.
I ask friends to connect from different locations and some have this problem and some don't. My hosting company is telling me that the problem is from my DSL connection or ISP .
I call ISP and they have no problem at their end and they can access my website normally (seems they have a good connection to tell me what the problem is)
I do a "ping www.electrobins.com" and theresult is "request timed out".
I do a "tracert www.electrobins.com" and the following results come back.
Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

I need assistance with the following:
- is there a way of hosting my website or emails temporarily to try and see if the hosting company is causing the problem? (my hosting representative is a little arrogant and denies that the problem could be from their side even)
- Is there a way of finding out exactly what the problem is with limited web knowledge? (at least to pinpoint the problem).
- In lebanon the only ISP is OGERO so there is no way of changing them.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP. it has been 3 months now and NOW 3 hours continuously.
