need help regarding streaming videos....................?

Hi everyone. My problem is that whenever i watch a streaming video on sites like (Zshare) , if my connection gets disconnected i have to refresh the page all over again. It doesn't resume the buffering all by itself. Is there any way by which i can make it resume buffering by itself? It gets annoying to refresh the page especially when i am half way through watching the video.

Install real player. Whenever you view a video page a caption appears prompting you to save the video. click on it and close everything except the net connection. It will save the video which you can watch at leisure.
