I'm trying to log into my school e-mail account, and every time I have tried to on this computer, a box with "Web browsing Error has occurred" pops up. I'm not allowed to do anything but look at the mail inbox screen.

The error message details are:

Please help! My classes start monday and I have no way to e-mail my professors if I need to, and I have no idea what's wrong.

I think I found the fix. This works for me anyway, hopefully it will work for you too.

In Internet Explorer under the 'Tools' drop down menu, I selected 'Manage Add-ons'.

From there make sure 'Toolbars and Extensions' on the left is highlighted. On the right I selected all of my Divx add-ons and disabled them.

I closed my browser and re-opened it. I can now use Outlook Web Access !

Hope this helps,

Dave

HI Kelly,

I am getting the exact same error. Please post when you have it fixed and I will do the same. I have sent an e-mail to my university's classroom support services group and hopefully they will respond asap as I need to use this account for my class as well.

Web Browser Error

Dave,

I found another add-0n in my internet explorer tools 'Manage Add-ons' file that was from Kimahri Software for a program called Pluse-HD9.3. I could not disable this through manage add-ons so I went and removed the program from the computer. This fixed my web browser errors as well as auto find highlights that I did not want. Hope this helps.

Mike
