Ok. I am trying to go to www.neopets.com. ANY URL for neopets redirects me to www.premium.neopets.com. I have reinstalled IE7 and nothing changed. I have not changed any of my settings or installed any new programs, I actually haven't been on my computer for a week. It can't be a neopets problem because FF works and no one else there seems to have this problem. I am so frustrated.

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html

The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

in accordance to me there could desire to be some malicious application on your laptop, which motives the redirection on your internet browsers. you are able to remedy this subject via following those steps downloading and setting up Hijackthis on your laptop, this is going to eliminate all the malicious classes in charge for this .

Virus perhaps?

Or try to check the security system
