How can I get back internet explorer...deleted from my computer. How do I get it back.

Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > click on Internet Explorer check box to make it checked > click OK and your computer should reinstall Internet Explorer.

go to another computer, download the internet explorer install and put it on a USB, bring the USB onto the computer without internet explorer and install it

You don't say what your OS is - Vista or XP - so here goes:
