how to report a website?

is selling illegal copies of watches and stuff.. and they send emails saying they are rolex and whatever.. how can we stop them?

They registered with these guys: NAUNET-REG-RIPN You can report the web site to them, but I doubt it will help.

I think it is funny how on the web site, they claim they have been a dealer for 5 years, but their domain name was only created on Oct 20, of this year. Hahaha.
