my yahoo account is not recieving any mail while i can send with no error,How to rectify this problem.?

i hav a functioning yahoo.account from last 6 years.but now my friends complain that yahoo demon says "no such account exist",when they send mail. I have checked it personally.How to overcome this problem,whome to contact as i have no problem in sending mail.

There can be only one reason possible, if not then you need to contact yahoo. Check the following:-



Sign in email account then click on 'Option' > 'mail addresses' > check if sending mail & receiving mail address are the same > if they are same then its okay, if they are different (specially the receiving email) change it to the sending email ID

Punchline: both email addresses should be the same.



As per the first answers 'amanda' there can be possiblity that you may have blocked certain email addresses. Okay, click on 'options' > block addresses > check the blocked addresses, if the address of your friends are in that, then remove those addresses.

sure it truly is... i take quite a few days with issues in my 360 mail, and mailbox,,, i am going to´t invite like chum no one of second, no longer receive testimonial, and that i'll´t do it neither, this is a disaster... yet i opened a question few days in the past, in spanish, and individuals informed me that in 360 there's a issues, i'm hoping quickly artwork !!!!! don´t worry ,,,, no longer you only, jejejejejeej byeeeeee!!!!

have you asked yahoo customer service or checked your preferences?? your preferences may have been changed somehow to block certain e-mails that you didn't want blocked
