Got into pottermore, but i didnt get an email :(?

I got into the pottermore site! I made an account and everything. they said they would sent me a confirmation email right away but i havent gotten it yet. maybe i will get it soon its only been 10 minutes, but how long does it usually take? Is it okay its taking this long?

I applied on the first day, took about six hours for my validation email to show up.

If u have a gmail or something else make a spare account. Also try making a spare with both yahoo(1 got the email the other didnt)

Start another tab and try to restart your registration.



I got in very quick! I was using yahoo and I received my confirmation email right away. Everything went smoothly.

I got in too, today =p haven't got my email either. but yeh, it's probably cuz the server's are a bit overloaded atm. and if it took about 6 hours to get it the first day, I wouldn't be too afraid of not getting it in time anymore =D



@Bernadette: I'm using hotmail too and I registered at 12:04, still haven't got mine =p

i was the same...i kept checking my email every minute. i eventually got it about 30 minutes to an hour later which is regarded as quick for many lol. i was very lucky.

they say it could take up to two weeks for the email to come in although normally it seems to be just a few hours.

Its okay if its this long, dont worry. I worried loads too. But it turned up alright. after about 10 mins. but dont fret if you dont get it like in a few mins. some other people's turned up hours later. :)

all of them will take a while, but JK Rowling said yesterday that they've been having problems with Yahoo! DON'T WORRY! I have Yahoo! too and it will just take a little longer

using yahoo takes long i think. most of my friends used yahoo and only the one who used gmail got it. i used a hotmail account. i got it in 5 mins.
