HTML e-mail is specially formulated and looks like a web-page. It usually has embedded graphics and looks all fancy.
Plain text is just that - plain. Even if your mailbox is configured to send HTML, it won't make any difference unless you actually code it with HTML. It will just look like plain text, or however you format it.
Most mail programs are pre-set to send in HTML format.
You can change your sending format by opening Outlook, click "Tools", "Options", then click the "Send" tab. There should be a radio button that gives you the option between HTML and Plain Text. Click your desired option.

digital mail is a textual content fabric protocol. many people (including me) have html-formatted digital mail trashed immediately, because people I correspond with do not deliver me cyber web content, so we predict that html is a direct mail indicator. you could comprise the conceal letter by way of fact the 1st internet site of the resume (i'm hoping the attachment is in a format particular to be readable by potential of everyone) and be advantageous that that is study, or you need to use html and be immediately disqualified for a minimum of the countless positions you're utilising for. people who're laptop illiterate, in the event that they use an digital mail application that can'ty cope with html, won't be responsive to what to do including your digital mail, and in all likelihood delete it. people who're extra suitable than purely laptop literate will think of which you're unaware or uncaring. so which you're restricting your aim audience by potential of utilizing html in emails.
