In Firefox window.Click on the "Bookmarks" menu and select "Manage Bookmarks or Organize Bookmarks as per the version of Firefox. click on the "File" menu and select "Import or Import and Backup, just above the list. Then click on the "Import HTML" option from the drop-down list. In the new window, select the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" option if you are importing favorites from Internet Explorer on the same computer. Then click next. If you are importing from a file of saved bookmarks or favorites choose "From File" and click next.Select the file in the open window that pops up and then click "Open" if you are importing from a file. Firefox will do the rest for you. If importing from Internet Explorer, just click "Finished" when it's done.

In IE hit alt+c, and your favorites bar should come up on the left hand side. Up top you will see "add to favorites", in the drop down menu choose import and export. There you can export them to your flash drive.
Then on FF choose bookmarks at the top, then organize bookmarks. Then at the top you will see "import and backup". In there choose import html. Then you can import them from your flash drive.
