Hi Gloria,

As rightly suggested in the above post, you may try resetting Internet Explorer as it’s the first step to resolve such issues.

If you continue to face issues after resetting Internet Explorer, then you may try the steps mentioned below:

1. Check if the problem is seen with an alternate browser Like Firefox or Chrome. If No, follow the next steps.

2. Change the compatibility mode IE. To turn Compatibility View on, click the Compatibility View button to make the icon change from an outline to a solid color this option will be seen on the address bar.

3. Turn off hardware acceleration by going to Internet options http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2528233

4. Run a IE reset Fix it http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9646978

5. Try uninstalling and re-installing IE. Use the following FIXIT for uninstalling the same http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9787447 Then proceed with downloading an updated version of IE from the windows website http:/windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/internet-explorer/products/ie/home.

6. If the above fails, try creating a New User to check if the problem persists.

7. Run a SFC/ SCANNOW to verify system file integrity.

8. Then perform a Repair install of windows in case the above fails.

Glad to be of help.

Thanks & Regards
