There are several that work... the only catch is that you have to know someone's IP address. The one I use keeps a log of IP addresses that visit your page and what day and time they visited it. For example: If Katie left you a comment at 5:47 pm on march 15, go to the log on the tracker's websote and find an entry for march 15 at 5:47. It will list it as a series of numbers, and that series of numbers is Katie's IP address. You then set that particular IP adress to Katie's name and it will tell you every time Katie looks at your page. You won't always know who belongs to which IP address unless they leave you comments and stuff, but that's the catch. Here's the one I use: www.whoisstalkingyou.com

I tried a couple and couldn't get it to work. There is a code within your page that counteracts the tracker. it is against the TOS and you can get your page deleted by using one.
