Where are all the old buttons on IE7?

Where are the old buttons from IE6 on the new IE7 for example like the tools button favorites history all that good stuff that used to be at the top of the browser

they are hidden. do a right click by the home icon and select the menu bar option and it will bring the crontrol back

it's all still there. look harder. Favorites is to the left of the tabs (yellow star) and Tools is to the right...
