Going to websites is fine, but youtube buffers so slowly now. Even at 360p it has to stop to buffer. This time 2 weeks ago, I could buffer 1080p videos faster than it was playing - it never had to stop

What could be the problem? I just updated flash and restarted my computer and router, no improvement. Also java games lag like crazy, making them impossible to play.

Please help!

Download and run WinMTR. May give you a clue. Couls also be local internet, identifiable by going to and running speedtest.net.

IT IS NOT YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION, I REPEAT, IT IS NOT YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION. It is your "Graphics card/Video card." What kind of computer do you have? Add that information, and other people can give you a specific answer that will help you. Also to help you, Download; Ccleaner and Malwarebytes. Ccleaner will clean your cache and Malwarebytes will scan your computer for bad things...

Also if your computer slow, it could be low on Hard drive memory and/or you have low RAM.

Oh! Also is it a router or a modem? Is it DSL, Dial-up, etc. ??? If its router and there's no password someone could be using your internet.

it could be your connection or modem. depending on how old your house is it could be the cojax cable. call your internet provider and ask them for somebody to come to your house to check everything out. if you have comcast they will take $20 off your bill for having issues. Ask your provider not to send a contractor and to send an actual employee.
