Computer Server Problem?

Computer Server Problem.Two messages continues to pop up stating,"Incoming server pop 3 cannot be found", the other states,"Outgoing server SMTP cannot be found-verify that you are connected to the Internet & the server address is correct, then try again". What is the problem here? Yes, I am connected to the internet and I also removed my norton security. I don't know what else to do in order to send out and recieve incoming messages on another (not yahoo) server called "Incredimail".

You have somehow misconfigured your server incoming and outgoing settings.....Go to your ISP website and look for help or call them. Get the proper incoming and outgoing server info....open outlook express, tools, accounts, mail, properties, servers and make sure the info you got is typed in the proper boxes exactly as your provider tells you.

well, YOU SHOULD NEVER REMOVE NORTON!!!

go to outlook-or express, and acoount, then select the one, and check with your, website if you got hte pop, and the smtp adress right. maybe, you missspelled them. and, if it neeeds authentication, then click on this server uses, authentication, and enter your password,and username
