This has been going on for a few days. I did some research trying to fix it, but nothing worked. I tried deleting some stuff that was taking up space, and it fixed it, but only for that night. The next morning it was the same. Plus, my dad said I have a pretty big hard drive, so I don't think that's the issue. And I have Norton, so I don't think viruses would be the problem? What are some possible ways to fix this? I'm tired of having to restart my internet every other minute.

Delete your cache. Sometimes if you don't do this you can store upto 100MB and this might be the problem. Plus Chrome and Explorer are terrible browsers and you should only use Firefox.

Probably your internet connection. If your computer have no viruses and its not super old, bad internet connection will slow it down. Call your internet provider. :P
