Go to your Internet Options and make sure all settings are all right there. Most likely, you'll have to go to the Connections tab and access your LAN options and make sure to automatically detect settings (and maybe try turning off the proxy server if you have one)

Alternatively, try to completely remove IE7 and install Internet Explorer 9 (http://www.beautyoftheweb.com/?fbid=oAYVsVznOAz)

Edit: Yes, you should definitely upgrade to either IE8 or IE9.

With as many IE7 gadget faults as i've got heard approximately, particularly frankly IE6 is a extra solid browser. :-P yet, dropping the editorializing and attending on your question ... in case you uninstall IE7 (administration Panel - upload/do away with courses), your workstation will roll itself back to IE6. And specific, you will nevertheless have the potential to get on line. yet another threat is to acquire the latest unfastened version of Firefox. yet because of the fact curiously like IE7 has tousled your connection, you may desire to get that fastened first. nevertheless yet another threat: do a gadget fix to a element until eventually now you downloaded the latest around of updates. that would desire to get IE7 working back. Then, whilst abode windows as quickly as back will supply you the updates, use the custom mode and decline the replace for IE7. desire that facilitates. reliable success!

well there is a way around your problem- what im thinking is your problem is that einternet is set as your default browser so you cant do stuff when your comp is opening einternet and its blank

SO i would reccomend setting firefox as your default browser go to tools>options>advance>general tab>then click "check now" and it will set it as ur default browser IF that was what you need if not i dont know :I
