which email server is best for outlook express?

i have my e mail account with gmail
please tell me if anyone using gmail too
do i need to change my gmail account
if not then what are the pop and smtp to be used for gmail.
how do we properly write the pop and smtp addressess.
please help me out if there is anything else needed to configure outlook express with gmail.....

i suggest you get rid of outlook. it is way to vulnerable to virus attacks. get thnderbird or eudora. then get a gmail pop account for it. also sometimes your isp will offer a pop account for emails. ask them about it
