What is the best Internet Explorer Out there to Use?

I would like to know what is the best internet explorer out there to use and why? What is better Internet 7, Mozilla firefox etc.. I want to know why you like them and why you recommend them thanks.

I find the first reply rather troublesome - Firefox is free, completely and totally. The download is free, the add-ons are free, the help forums are free.



Internet Explorer is the actual name of Microsoft's browser, so I think you're looking for the best "browser" out there.

I like Internet Explorer 6 (seven just seems plain messed up right now). If it's a choice between 7 or Firefox, I would go with Firefox however, it seems to work pretty well, although slower to me.

Personally, I prefer FireFox over Internet Explorer. It's fast and secure. Tabbed browsing is also another feature of it that I enjoy. Instead of opening 5 different IE browser windows to view 5 different sites, you can just open one window of FireFox and have 5 different tabs with pages to view.



On top of that, it's customizable. It's also less clunky which I also like.

Actually, the best one is the one you are most comfortable with. Personally, I tried IE7, didn't like it - got rid of it and went back to IE6. I also tried Mozilla Firefox, and while I liked it ok, too many websites won't accept it, and I kept having to switch back and forth. So, instead of doing that, I'm staying with IE6, until Microsoft gets all the bugs out of IE7.

I think FireFox is the best. I love the tabs [yes. I'm aware of the fact that IE has tabs now <_< ] and I'm pretty sure its slightly faster [ i have dial-up. i do whatever i can to get things to go faster]. FireFox is more customizable too. I haven't used IE in forever so i don't really know how customizable it is. Yup. That about sums it up.
