Question:
How do i delete the drop down list from phrases i have typed in search bars...?

im not talking about the www.whatever.com address bar, im talking the yahoo search bar, google search bar, search engines and such, also like when you type in an email addresses it also recognizes key phrases you have typed in the past, i have cleared cookies, and history and files, and it will erase the address bar but not the other things...how do i fix this, Thanks

Double click the search bar, hover your mouse over it, and push the delete button on your computer. Hold the button down to completely remove everything.

right beside the search bar on the google and yahoo toolbar you'll see a little arrow. Click on it and you get a drop down menu that gives you the option to clear recent searches and other stuff...use it. Also in your web browser you have the "tools" menu between Favorites and Help. Click on it and then click on "Internet Options" then clear all thse temp stuff/thingy ma do dads.

What OS you are using? If its win2000 or 98 , Right click on task bar it open a window go to properties,in first tab it show "general"and in the second tab it show " advanced" click on that, there u can see a button named " clear" click that it will do what u want.
