Hello That One Girl,

Sorry to hear that you are not enjoying IE9 beta! As you've already discovered, you cannot install IE8 while you are using IE9 beta. This is because when you installed IE9 beta, you essentially upgraded from IE8 to IE9 beta. To move back to IE8 you'll need to uninstall IE9 beta. When you do, you'll be automatically reverted back to IE8. Here are the steps to follow - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/help/ie-9/how-do-i-install-or-uninstall-internet-explorer-9

Hope you'll give IE9 another go once the final version is released!

Try installing it by running Windows Update repeatedly until it stops offering you more updates, these updates should include Internet Explorer. You probably need both the service packs installed too, Windows Update will install those for you too. As Fola says, it might need IE8 installed first.

Well first off IE 9 is still in Beta Testing so you shouldn't have downloaded it. Download another browser form the internet. Uninstall IE9. Download IE8 from the web browser you downloaded. Uninstall the browser that you downloaded.
