Recently upgraded to IE 9 and having issues since.?

Question

I have recently upgraded to IE 9, and since doing so, have found the response time to be slower than before, plus very erratic.
Has anyone else suffered the same, or can offer any advice to overcome this?

hi. i had exactly the same problem. go back to IE8 as i was recommended to. no problems since then.

i couldn't see any better response on IE9 when it did decide to work.

You need to change browser, get something like Firefox, Opera or Chrome. About Firefox, the version 4 is very powerful and, as always, user friendly, plus you have al the pleasures that Firefox can only give.

But why? Everyone knows about IE, it's rubbish. Use Firefox 3.6.
