I would like to use a piece of clip art from Microsoft.com in my public blog. Are these pieces copyright free, do I need permission, or do I only need to make reference of my source?

clipart is usually free of copyrights unless otherwise stated

You need permition, just go to microsoft marketing office and ask for someone that can give you permition, its easy cause its free publicity, but do it the legal way!

clip art from microsoft is to be used on microsoft office programs.. so you'll need permission to use it online... i think
