You can try to recover your emails from Microsoft Outlook with Easy Mail Recovery software:

The program uses original algorithms that assist in the recovery of a maximum number of messages even if the mail client cannot open the message database.

No there is no way to recover deleted emails. When you delete them they are gone straight away because they do not go via the bin. Even Systen Restore will not recover them.

The only way to prevent them from being deleted like that, is for each email as you get it, is to use the "Save" or "Save as" command and stored in a folder of your choice or making.

That way it is treated as a proper file and if deleted goes via the bin and is therefore recoverable.

I can only think to urge you ask this question in the xobni community forum where dedicated members willsurely be able to help you; you are right - there must be a cache somewhere (I'm guessing the application data folder) and there is probably some kind of geeky recovery tool. Best of luck in finding a solution.

Hi There Shanni.

There is a function in outlook that allows you to recover deleted mail, it lives in the 'Tools' menu its named 'Recover Deleted Items...'

If that fails you can use the 'Outlook inbox repair tool'.

Here is a link to the Microsoft Knowledge base on how to use the Inbox repair tool.

If you get no joy from that there are some trial software programs you can use to do it for you.

remeber that the file you need to work on is 'Archive.pst' All outlook is is a database tool and the pst file is the data storage.

Best of luck to you!
