Firstly! Did u ever download any sort of a spyware or a trail version anti-virus...

Cos.. it happens, when u cm across companies dying fr product promotion...

Try to uninstall all recent softwares and then scan wid a good antivirus..

Most probably when u find a virus and cant delete it, try to delete it manually, by either getting it off frm ur Regedit start-up

Or else, the best way, If ur too sick of all these. Reinstall ur OS! :)

First of all .. try to delete all cookies from your browser, and delete all downloaded files, then restart the browser and check if It's still in there ...if it didn't work, download ad-aware removal personal from http://www.lavasoft.com and use it to scan your system for ad-ware and spy-ware then delete the infected files. If that didn't help either, try to install another browser like Firefox and use it, from http://www.mozilla.com ... I think that will solve the issue

-------------------------------------------------------------

Note if a scan detects a problem but is unable to remove, start the computer in safe mode with the internet line disconnected and run a full scan.

In severe cases your system restore files will also be infected. In these cases you will need to turn off system restore to prevent malware hiding in the system restore files and reinfecting the computer during removal or during a future system restore. Turning off system restore deletes the system restore files.

Right click on "my computer"> Properties > System Restore Tab > Check box turn off system restore

After the malware is removed turn on system restore.
