II've been running firefox nightly for quite awhile now and III'm tired of the endless updates. there has to be a stable version of 64 bit firefox by now, but I can't find it. Does anyone know if there is one? not nightly, waterfox, or cyberfox but just a stable plain ol 64 bit firefox. After years of waitimg that can't be to much to ask, is it?

Mozilla have a 64 bit version of the real thing - but presumably that's what you've already got. Firefox and Windows 10 don't sit together comfortably whether you use the 32 bit or 64 bit version. Suggesting that Microsoft keep breaking it so you have to use Edge might be libellous so I won't. At the moment the 32 bit version of Firefox is more stable. Because of the way Mozilla works, you may have to wait a year before they've knocked all the bugs out of the 64 bit version - and that assumes no more sabotage from Microsoft. (PS The Linux version is wonderful)

Friend I'm on Firefox 49 64 bit it runs fine if yours isn't running right that's a problem on your computer.

And Firefox updates are a simple check mark to stay were you are.

I suggest you hire me to fix whatever is messing you up!

49.0.1 is the latest stable version (x64). You can get it on the actual Mozilla website. I've been using FF on Win 7 for years with no issues at all. If your having issues, navigate to Help>Restart with add-ons disabled and see if that fixes any issues you may be having.
