My Firefox won't open and it keeps giving me the crash report window every time I do try to open it. I have heard some people say to turn off the plug ins, but I'm not sure how to do that on my Mac. Any help would be great.

I had the same problem too. I just stopped using Firefox on my Macbook Pro. I used Safari and Opera. Both of them work great on a Mac, better on a Mac than Firefox in my opinion.

You have to disconnect from the internet, copy all your important data to CDs or DVDs or an external hard drive, then reinstall the factory software and any later legitimate software. You might have several malware infections and it will be far faster to start over with a clean machine than to run all the anti-malware programs that people are suggesting. When you get your new computer, be sure to make frequent backups to an external hard drive, it will be fairly easy from then on to restore the backups to get rid of any malware infections. That's how I do it, and I don't worry about malware anymore, just haul out the backup and load it in. Sorry.

Because is not the best browser for Mac.
Try Google Chrome.
