I'm trying to create a tagged page on tumblr. I've gone through countless tutorials and such about this and every time it just says that the page could not be found. I don't have the redirect option once I get to "Add a page." Could someone help me out please?

here's what you do. you click "add a page". click "standard layout" and at the bottom there will be a little bar that comes up with 3 options. choose "redirect". then click the little grey thingy that says "show a link to this tab" and where there's faded grey text, write what you want the page to be called on your tumblr, for example"my face".

then where it shows your url with it ending in /url , type whatever you want the url to show up as (ex. myface)

finally, where it says redirect to, type in your url and end it with "/tagged/yourtaghere" (:

Hi! I had a lot of trouble with this too, but this is how to do it.

Lets say for example its a basic tagged/me.

First go to your tumblr. (wwww._______.tumblr.com) Make sure you're logged in.

Click Customize. On the left there will appear the customize bar. Scroll down and click add a page.

Now, it will have a box for putting in details. In the upper left of that it should say Standard Layout. Click that.

Options will come down - Standard Layout, Custom Layout and Redirect. Click Redirect.

Make sure the option "Show a link to this page" is off, iff you don't want it on your blog's links list.

Give it a title (optional, if you want it to show up on your blog's links.) eg. Me

for the url, (_______.tumblr.com/ will be already typed) put after the / 'tagged/me' or whatever tag you want.

Click save and exit.

Type in your url with the /tagged/me (or whatever your tag is) at the end and see if it has worked!

Hope this helps, happy tumbling!

You must have missed the url? There's this tab below Standard Layout

e.g. commonfashion.tumblr.com/url

You need to change the [url] into your desired name. Like "About Me"

You should also show a link to the page.
