Question Regarding Ebay Account Suspension?

I really want to keep this as short as possible. So here it goes.

I have an account which I've owned on ebay for 3 years with 800+ feedback. My account was suspended a month ago due to receiving 3 unpaid item strikes in the past year. the first two where filled at the start of the year, and the third and last one was filled last month, which lead to my account being suspended.

(I don't want to go into detail regarding WHY they where filled, believe me I have my reasons, not because I was a non-payer. - I ow that thanks all to paypal.)

I stopped chasing ebay because they just didn't give a **** that my paypal account decided to take a dump on me the 3rd time around which lead for me to "verify" it again, which took more then 2 weeks which is why the 3rd strike was given for non-payment.

The real question here is, does a suspended account for non-paying reopen after some time? Like after a specific time frame has passed, will it reopen again? Or is it for ever... Suspended?

From eBays help page:

"If your account is suspended, we'll notify you by email and tell you what to do to reinstate your account. You can also find this email by going to My eBay and clicking the Messages tab, and then clicking the Ask button."

Yes, PayPal do have the irritating habit of suspending your account - over "security concerns" - for no apparent reason. If you are in the middle of a transaction, you message the seller explaining the situation and most will give you more time to pay. If you failed to let the seller know, you basically have only yourself to blame for your current predicament. If you did let the seller know what was going on with PayPal, then you have been unfortunate in encountering some unreasonable people.

I have recently been in correspondence with PayPal and they are pretty good in terms of responding to queries and complaints. Maybe ou should try contacting PayPal to first ask why they keep "taking a dump on you" and secondly why their actions have been allowed to directly result in the suspension of your eBay account.

The two - eBay and PayPal - are now part of the same company

it relies upon on their purpose for suspending you. they could have counseled you why - you will could desire to be waiting to get admission to your account and browse any messages they have sent you on the subject count of the suspension - they wont only delete an account of the face of the earth. as quickly as you have gotten stumbled on the purpose, only rectify it. or representation, in case you haven't any longer paid your ebay expenses, only pay them and your account will promptly be available as quickly as greater.

Ultimately Ebay is the authority on this matter
