i am having a problem accessing websites, can you help?

whenever i try to open websites the screen turns white and my computer makes a noise. it acts like it wants to open it but something is wrong

Look under Tools, then internet options, then security and make sures your's isnt set real high. Go to Advanced and make sure TS.1 and all those are marked near the end. If you have spybot on your computer its a real pain in the ***.

It looks like your video card is either corrupt or about to go out. If you can see everything else OK, I would find out who the video card manufac. is & see if there is a fix for this issue otherwise call the comp. manufac. for it. If your warrantee is already out try ATI they make great video cards affordable.

Make sure your computer doesnt have any viruses at the moment.also make sure that you are spelling every thing right and if that dosent work email me or my friend and we will try to help

maybe your computer is not set up to run those programs

LoL... Steeler... LoL, could it be that contact there is blocked? To you have restrictions on your comp?
