Hey everyone,

I have no computer skills whatsoever. Just today, I have found that I can't access internet explorer (I am using another computer at the moment).

I can't get the internet to open or anything. Whenever I double click on the Internet Explorer icon, a message comes up to say:

"Application Error: the instruction at 0x10001263 referenced memory at 0x10001263. The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the programme or Cancel to debug the problem.

So I clicked Cancel and here's what comes up:

Visual Studio: An unhandled win32 exceptioin occurred in iexplore.exe [some number that keeps changing]. Just-In-Time Debugging this exception failed with the following error: No installed debugger has Just-In-Time debugging enabled. In Visual Studio, Just-In-Time Debugging can be enabled from Tools/Options/Debugging/Just-In-Time.

Ummmm what's Visual Studio?? What kind of "debugger" do I need to download???

IE does that, but here is what to fix it. Unfortunately, everytime you reboot you have to do this again, but it's worth it.

Tools

Internet Options

Advanced

Under Browsing---put a check mark in the box "Disable Script Debugging"

Apply

OK
