ok i want to know how can i change the background of this pic from white to black?? i want the white part to be black instead of white..get it??

I used the Invert function in Corel Photopaint.

Open the image in a video editing program and save as a different file name then change the whole thing to negative colours then outline the things you wish to be the original colour and use the negative tool on them again. You will need to do this with each frame of the gif then save it again.
