Shall I buy web hosting?

Question

I'm just unsure as to whether or not I shall purchase a hosting package from HostGator.

It's Black Friday today, and I will save 50% on any plan (about $40 more savings than other days due to affiliate partnership).

On other days, I can save 20% and get a $50 cashback. (about 107 in savings)
It's tough now, I can save 50% (about 147 in savings)

I feel remorse all the time when I purchase something. So I don't expect this to be any different. I am tech savvy and run many sites including backgroundlocker.com and techtubemedia.com. Both are on free hosting (Which can't hold me up forever, and is pretty slow).

There is a 45 day moneyback guarantee and HostGator Support is more than helpful.

I'm only 15 and not doing great in school, I'm literally failing math by a small margin (2%). And I am afraid that this might only be a distraction.

I have less than an hour to come up with a choice, so opinions would really help in regards to this situation. For example, what would you do if you were me?

p.s. marks are about as follows:
computer science: 90
Accounting: 87
Chemistry: 68
Physics: 66 (going way up now)
Math: 48
Earth and Space 54 (due to marking error, actual mark is in mid 80s)
Psychology: 88
English: 80

(I'm not horrible, math avg is 66, I'm above avg in almost every other class)

What would you do?

HostGator is one of the good hosting providers, if they offer a good price, then go for it, only make sure that this not a one time discount and all other bills will be discounted the same.

Hi, my name is Camille and I'm 16. Having a website does get my study time as I need to update all my sites (I have 10). Anyway, with the hosting, I think you should buy as you can save much if you pay annually for their baby plan, though I haven't tried hostgator as I am with dreamhost, surpass hosting, and hostmonster. Hostgator? No, don't be 'cheated' by them.



Why? it's because the price is not locked on you. You'll be charged at a normal price next year or next second year or three years later (depends on your billing cycle). I was once 'cheated' like this.



I suggest you to go with TLS Hosting ( http://tlshosting.com ) if you really want to buy web hosting. It's the best of all webhosts I've ever known.



If I were you, I'll buy hosting plan at TLS Hosting =)

Wait... if you feel like you have to buy today then don't... they are counting on impulse buyers and of course they are nice to you... they are always nice before you buy. Take my word for it, finding cheap hosting today is very easy, finding reliable hosting is always difficult and takes time and research. Oh by the way... I absolutely hated math in HS... straight C's and a D. Got to college and got straight A's. Math is 1 thing.... solve as many problems as you can. By the way... I am a Director of Technology and it is my job to find hosting.
