I've used Wish.com before. My shippings came after 2 long months of waiting. The merchant didn't reply to a single one of my 5 emails. One of the products came broken, and before I could contact the merchant, he was no longer on wish.com. I don't think it's a scam, it's just really terrible quality and service.

As mentioned by another user, save yourself and opt for more reliable websites like amazon.com, ebay.com aliexpress.com and more... It is fun to browse through wish.com, but then I search for the products I like on ebay or amazon, etc. It's a lot easier that way.

Well, for this question, i think i am the quite right person to speak. Because I am a merchant for now. There are generally two kinds of merchants on wish.com and those who sell cheap and poor quality are the first kind of merchants. They themselves don't produce dresses, they just search online for some cheap while looks so gorgeous dresses ( there are some factories in China that mainly track the fashion magazine and just copy the design of some popular dresses, but, of course, as you can see, they do not copy the material. Then they sell it online at a wholesale price. These people do not concern the wish thing because generally they do not know English and only focus on the Chinese market. The most famous website is www.1688.com. There you can see a lot of cheap dresses. ) The first kind of merchant then go to these website and then copy the pictures to send it on wish.com. When buyers order the dress, they will order the dress from that website and then send it to buyers abroad. Of course the profit is not so much because the price they sell on wish.com is not so high. Here by the way i want to say that actually the cheap and good thing is really rare and you cannot expect a dress with a price of $10 is great in material, right? The characters of these merchants are that the clothes they sold online are cheap, quite cheap and they cannot say how it is the dress made because they do not make by themselves. This is the first kind and also the most merchants on wish.com.

You get an item but not the item they show you in the picture. I got fur boots that cost $31 and showed the genuine leather tag on the back but the boots I got were Kmart boots that didn't even look like the boots I ordered not to mind no tag and totally tacky and things I would never buy or look at ever! they actually dug a hole out of the bottom of each where the size was, they were huge 😂 learning curve!

I ordered a bathing suit. As I had done my research I knew that the sizes would come way too small, so I compensated and ordered a x-large top and large bottoms and the top fit, even though it was cheaply made with cheap material, the bottoms I couldn t get up my legs past my knees. And I m only a size 5 in jeans. They measure their clothes on petit Asians and there s just no way any of their clothes would look on an American or fit. They are just born tinier all around. Plus it took a 2 months longer than the suggested delivery time. Not happy. I also think this company is affiliated with SammyDress and similar businesses that all carry horrible, horrible reviews and have been reported to bbb.

Its been 6 months since i purchased but I honestly feel like wish is a false advertising scam. Domains arent that hard to purchase. Thats why there are a lot of fake scamming websites. DO NOT order from this site. I ordered 6 shirts from Wish and not one of them fit! The tags in the collars read XL, but every shirt was at the very least mediums. When I contacted them, I was told that I should give the items as gifts to family or friends because the shipping would be too costly!

I love wish and I have the app. It is definitely a gamble and you can't have high expectations. You're not going to shop for quality. You're shopping for the bargins. The clothes are cheap and smaller than standard U.S sizing so you should order larger. Yes, it takes a long time to ship but because it's from CHINA. sometimes it's quick though. Again. A gamble and being patient. I've ordered lots of products that were ehhh...mediocre....or even great, but they worked, got the job done and the price was cheap so I am satisfied. If I'm worried about quality, I order else where. Sometimes you order something and quality is great! So far they've been good about refunding money..when I want to cancel what I bought before it ships. Either way it is all a good deal vs others. The only question I'm wondering is ... the deal dash of the day...whether or not it's an actual deal or if they just say you are. Idk.

I have bought around 15 items from Wish. I too was very skeptical so I made sure the items didn't cost very much and that it wasn't something I was needing. I received all of the items I had ordered (most of them before expected) on time. I made sure to read all the reviews on each item before buying and the reviews for each merchant. With the exception of 1, all the items were exactly what I ordered. (Just made sure to order up on sizes as the reviews advised). The 1 bad item I received was $2.00. I figured no big loss. One another item was beautiful but had a strange smell which fabric refresher took care of. The costume wig I ordered was very heavy duty and well made. I think you get what you pay for. I do continue to purchase items from this site, but always read the reviews first and the merchant reviews. So far, so good. :)

NO do NOT buy from Wish. I thought it was a nice website, until we got a call saying someone from another country bought a plane ticket to another country using our card. And someone in Piru was purchasing things from our card. People got our card information from Wish. Do NOT buy anything. That website is a SCAM. That's a multi-million dollar domain name. Scammers could not afford to have a domain name like that, and if they did have it, they would not use it for scamming and risk having it taken away. Do you understand that domain names are like real estate? There's tons of companies that would love to have a marketable domain name like "wish.com". I've bought many items from wish.com and continue to. I love the site. I even have the app, haha. The only thing I do not buy from there are clothing items. The prices are great, but the clothing is based on small Asian sizes, and I live in America and wear large American sizes, lol. So buying clothing from wish.com can be tricky and yiu shold orobab buy 1 to 2 sizes bigger. Other than that, my husband and I love the site! And as long as you read reviews for whatever item you're buying, you should be fine. I've never had an issue with customer service either. I heard of wish.com from an ad that popped up in one of my apps. I decided to give it a try, and after browsing through the app for a while I found a few cheap $1-$5 items that I wanted. I ordered the items and all of them were delivered to me through the mail. Now, obviously they took a while to get to my house. The earliest was 2 weeks, the most a month. This should be expected though because they are coming all the way from China and have to travel to customs too. So if you are going to order something for a specific date such as Christmas, it would be wise to order it over a month early. Since then, I have ordered more items, increasing in price and worth. I ordered a Christmas gift for my dad for around $30 and it too arrived in time for Christmas and it was in perfect condition. The customer service from what I have seen is exceptional. I ordered a hoodie and it was delivered in the wrong size, so I sent in a request to Wish explaining my problem. They replied back within a day, and gave me several different options. I chose to refund the item and purchase it again, and they even let me keep the item that was oversized, so I gave it to my dad. Overall, this site is a great shopping website to find great bargains on popular items, as long as you don't mind a little of a wait for shipping.

I have been happy with my purchases from Wish.com. Buyer beware though, you won't get the best quality out there. But, it has been worth the gamble for me because the prices are so low. A word to the wise, merchants may have widely varying prices for the same item, so shop around on the site, I actually have fun doing that. It does take a long time to get your orders because they ship from China, but that hasn't been a problem for me. And, if you're not familiar with the metric system, use an online converter to figure out how big the item is that you are ordering (the rugs, for example). I have actually just purchased a dress from there and it had arrived a few days before the estimated shipping time. I ordered a pair of leggings from Wish on the same day and today is the last estimated shipping day, but I have quite the strong feeling that they will not arrive onetime or even at all. Wish seems like a good place to buy if you read more into the store websites the item is being shipped from but if it seems a little too good to be true I would play it safe and not order anything; especially because anyone can post products on it.

I was worried about this website but got offered a $10 credit and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised with my whole experience. I ordered a few things (wii remote, kids pjs) and everything shipped faster then expected, and was nicer then expected (I was hesitant because everything ships from China and you just never know...) I have purchased multiple items on there. Some have not come in, but I got a refund for them. Others have come in broken, but I got a refund for them, or they sometimes give you the option to have a new one sent. But I have received plenty of items that were in good condition.

I do advise to check the comments to see what most people have said about the item, like maybe it was a few days late or maybe on the good side it was a few days early, or if it is bad quality, etc.

But ya so I have ordered from there and it is a very trustworthy site, and if anything buy something super cheap like something that's $4 and see what you think

I contacted the store and the replied right away and said that they will give me a full refund and if the package happens to come to me I can keep it "on them" so I don't really know about this site. I'm talking for myself and my friends and family members. Wish is the best app and site where you can buy stuff at a ridiculous price. Products aren't big brands but they aren't so cheap neither, for the price you'll pay it worths the waiting. Sometimes it takes longer than estimated but you get a nice product for a decent price. I've bought so far electronics, watches, dog products, computer accesories and decoration. On 10 items bought 2 were delayed and 1 never came but tou get reimbursed within a week. I even bought a laptop support which had a mouse plate missing and just because of that they offered and did reimbursed me 30$!!! You'll never see that anywhere. So basically I got my item for free I don't really car the mouse plate I don't need it and I had my item for free. So overall, yes, best app and site so far, very secured, nothing to loose if tou don't get tour item on time ask for reimbursement and you'll get reimbursed and even if you still get your stuff, you keep it.

If you download their mobile APP, they will take all of your contacts information and start emailing/message then. Meaning, if you decide to buy some sexy undies, they will then message all of your friends telling them (confirmed in writing from them). There have been reports of consumers downloading the app, never ordering and then having charges on their credit card (easy to figure out that, right). They violate all sorts of privacy issues. Also remember, Asian sizes are small, so an American Large will be their 2XL. Do not buy anything other than regular material items, like cotton etc, if you do it will be synthetic and junk. From what I've seen it looks like it's mostly knock-off merchandise from China. The discounts are grossly exadurated as well. A lot of the merchandise has a original price listed upto twice the cost of the brand name equivalent found elsewhere. I don't know if I'd call it a scam, but it's definately buyer beware.

Warning To Merchants-

I used this service for about 6 months and it was fine. They paid me on time and didn't charge selling fees as stated. Then a few weeks ago they started charging 10% without notification of changes to their policy. What's worse is they now make you press a "shipped" button and add tracking no longer than 7 days after the order has been placed. So for merchants like me who rely on 3rd party shippers/supplier this can be a hassle especially since it was during the Christmas season. So while I fronted the cost to get the items to my customers on time my supplier didn't get me my tracking information in time and now they refuse to pay me what they owe me. I talked to customer service about this several times and they kept reneging on their promises to pay. So basically they have stolen my money. I will not use their services as a buyer or seller and I suggest you think twice before committing to them.

When I started ordered from this app - I really liked the innovative products and attractive cost. I have now ordered over $250.00 worth of small to medium electronics. AT this point - about 35% of what I ordered arrived DOA (dead on arrival) - the quality control is bad but the customer service is worse. The company Wish - who does the transactions - takes no responsibility for the products they sell or the vendors they allow to sell through there online portal. There is ZERO ability to reach a representative and if something does not work - you are told to ship it back to China at your cost and wait another 60 days for a replacement. I heard of Wish from a friend. At first I was wary of ordering anything. I eventually ordered a few little things to see if they arrived. OK so its a cheapsite but they state that it could take sometime before you receive your order, they don't promise that it will arrive early. I have bought from, Wish. I will never buy clothes from them again. Ordered a coat. Which took over a month to get to me. When it did. The coat was way to small for me. wish.com has terrible merchandise. my sister ordered a violin which came broken. the bridge was missing and one string broken. It was packed in a shrink wrap plastic bag. Imagine a delicate instrument in a plastic bag! Why would they not use a box at least. Wish.com is not giving her a hard time in refunding her money. One order took more than 2 months. I've had some orders come in 2 weeks. My last order was officially delivered, just not to the correct address. The sender would not reply to several requests to file a claim with the carrier and I was not aloud to because it is the senders responsibility. I've just noticed they're being promoted on F/B. A quick search on them provided me with clues as to their trading partners. I'm in the UK. 1)They are in another country. 2) A quick search provided far too many negative reviews of buyers emails being ignored. 3) Prices are way too low to be safe.

I bought numerous items. It not only took forever for the items to get to me (almost 2 months) but when I received some of the items they were misleading ads. Instead of getting a set, they only send you one item. You order a Salt and Pepper Shaker set and you get one not two. You order Meat Claws and once again you only get "1". Wish isn t a scam, but A lot of sellers on wish are a scam. For example, a lot of sellers on wish post an item for sell that is really cheap. You buy it, seller provides you with a tracking number that supposedly delivers your item to a wrong address. If you want it the next day pay for convenience and order from Amazon. If you dig enough, you can usually get a decent idea of how well the item performs for the price; and 2) do some googling for the same product. Usually you can get the knockoff manufacturer s name from the Description or from the pics of the item. Search for them, and see what the reviews are like and - more importantly - can you get it for the same price or cheaper without going through Wish.



If you have the proper expectations and protect yourself, you ll find Wish is a valuable tool for getting a good bargain.

WISH is a Chinese manufacturer portal offering fakes and knock-offs directly to you the customer. I bought a 1TB USB stick that was a fake, it was 16GB pretending to be 1TB and it locked when the 16GB was used (I checked the flash memory chip) - Wish did cheerfully refund the money but it was a hassle. The price (£8 + P&P) was a fraction of what it should have been and that is the clue.

Someone told me about the site and I was skeptical and placed an order of a bunch of 1 and 2 dollar items and they all came. It is so fun browsing through their stuff and whenever I think of something new, I search for it and they always have some form of it.
