Check the Date and Time on your PC, make sure it is correct including the Time Zone.

When you visit a website whose web address starts with https, your communication with the site is encrypted to help ensure your privacy. Before starting the encrypted communication, the website will present Firefox with a "certificate" to identify itself.

The certificate helps Firefox determine whether the site you're visiting is actually the site that it claims to be. If there is a problem with the certificate, you will see the This Connection Is Untrusted alert page.

1. When you got " This connection is Untrusted " message, click I Understand the Risks

2. Click add exception button

3. You will see new windows and then click get Certificate

4. After few second click Confirm Security Exception and then the page will loading normally and you now can login to facebook.

This is simple way to solve this problem and not permanent, because when you login again we must repeat from step 1 to step 5 .

It should have the option to let you go there anyways. Choose that option.

If you don't feel that will be the best way, then reinstall Firefox. it should only take a like a couple minutes.

Firefox is much better than crappy crome. crome has viruses.

Download.com sux, go to Old Apps, and get the version of your choosing form there.

I hate firefox just as much as I hate IE... Go to download.com and install Google Chrome and Opera 10 web browsers to your pc. Their faster and more reliable then what your using. Security on both browsers are wonderful. You will not have this problem again. However, don't make them your default browsers. You still need IE or Firefox to pull down certain files for microsoft updates... TRUST ME!!! I have 4 web browsers on my desktop as we speak...
